Here are some points to consider:
I did not post all pictures.
Why? Because most of them suck, even if the dish was cool.
Ok, so why post them? Because it's important to look back sometimes.
Observation... My cringe factor for each photo is directly influenced by how old it is.
The positive side of this... things are improving. Optimism is good.
There are only 40 pictures posted so far, I'll add more each week.
Again, all of these pictures were taken in action in the kitchen while putting out the dinners. My camera is a cheap pocket Olympus that I purchased more for its tolerance of abuse than for its ability to take great pics. Although I try to get a decent shot and angle, they are far far far from being any sort of professional photo, so please don't judge them using that criteria. They are mostly for documentation.
Why? Because it's important, and my memory ain't so good anymore.
