Well, not really... at least in accordance to the standards of photo quality... but still nice to look at and better to eat. Great comforting flavors and freshness. Our controller, who is among the Peruvian members of our team, came in with her family, so we did some family style dishes which are very traditional Peruvian classics. Yellowtail is a popular fish in South Florida... a beautiful specimen when fried whole. We typically use it for ceviche on our lunch and dinner menus with a more Latin American presentation.
